I hope you like this story of a Frenchman who tried to change the world. His life was unique, and unique people are usually worth knowing about. Speaking of which: The last few days I've been pretty caught up in Anthony Bourdain's tragic death. He was an inspiration to me, and this series takes a great deal of its influence from his work. Despite having never met him, I feel a great sense of loss. He was a true world citizen, and that's a rare and beautiful thing to me.
