2023-09-18 08:37:11 +0000 UTC23:16: Buying tickets to a BTS concert. Yes. Well, I tried to buy tickets to one of the BTS concerts in LA in Nov. 2021. No way. Total disaster. After that, though, HYBE and Ticketmaster came up with a better -- albeit complicated -- system. Register on Weverse and click the button for fan pre-sale. Go to Ticketmaster, click the button for fan pre-sale, and provide your name and ARMY fan number. Wait. The day before the fan pre-sale, if you're lucky, you get an email telling you you can bid on tickets. Day of, you get a text message with a code (this, I believe, is the most important step for defeating the ticket bots). Then you go on Ticketmaster, enter the code, and sit in the waiting room until tickets are available. And bid against other actual fans for tickets. Using this system, I was able to get tickets to one of BTS's Permission to Dance concerts in Las Vegas in April 2022 and also one of SUGA/Agust D's concerts in Oakland, CA in May 2023. So glad I did!
