Update delay: Hurricane Ian

Living in Florida, Hurricane Ian took out my power for a couple days. Power is back now, although my apartment complex still hasn't gotten WiFi.
Hopefully they'll get it sorted out soon (maybe even later today, who knows), in which case the first thing I'll do is release beta 0.23.
And rest assured, other than a power and WiFi outage, I'm doing perfectly fine :)
