Should I Use AI?
Added 2025-02-11 20:31:47 +0000 UTCJust hear me out! In yesterday's chapter for patreon members I used Chatgpt to edit some of my work because I felt like the chapter was such a pivotal moment. I can't stress enough that I did not use the generative function to create a chapter completely from scratch only to edit my work and I think the result turned out really well. However I know that AI is a polarizing matter and I feel that I should have 100% transparency about what I use to create the material you all enjoy. I think AI is a great tool if used in conjugation with the creative process but that's just me. I want to hear your thoughts

I use ai when I write but only to expand things. Like to describe a room I'll put in a brief generic description and ask for ai to elaborate on it or expand the description into a more rich or decadent or in disrepair etc. I find it's great for setting a scene. It also works with grammerly when you have sentences that don't read well
