Select Onahole in Clothing and adjust hand grip to your liking (ie. grasps, finger bend, etc..)

KNOWN ISSUES

Clothing item so has all the limitations of cloth physics.  The elasticity is limited, so there will be clipping if the size exceed  the cloth elastic limits.  Adjust Collision Radius and/or Power to fix this.

Depending on the morph used on your girl/guy, there might be some slight distortion.

There's also a slight transparency issue with internal shadowing, which is more of a game issue really, where you'll see rings inside.

NOTES

This was a mod I was working on for a long time.  I put it on hold because I couldn't get it to work with the hands morphs.   The last time I worked on this was in July 2020, (had to check the file date) but I finally figured it out while doing my Smurf mod (which I mentioned in the notes there)

I went with a case-less, floppy onahole because I originally figure that there was no way I could get a rigid item in the hand without massive distortions.  I thought I could Sim my way out of the distortion if it was floppy, but still didn't work.  I choose the open ended version just so you can use it in either hand orientation.  I also wanted a clear version, just to see all the action. 

It worked better than I expected.  I was not expecting the internal to basically act like the real thing.  The only thing is that while the internal expand with the object, the external doesn't.  But it does reacted to the fingers, so you can get a 'squish' effect going.

I had to do two different material to have transparency work right.   So it is an extra step if you want to change the color.

I've added two demos, Solo Male & Couple just to give you the basic idea.  I just use a simple animation pattern to do to jacking.  Keep in mind that even thought it looks elastic, it's still cloth and will clip easily with motion.

You can also drop it by undressing it.  It'll kinda keep it's shape on the ground instead of turning into a clothing puddle.
