i've had this sketch sitting around for ages, like maybe a year i dunno. I decided I would do it in the style I used for the tarot cards, but I actually has some trouble with the limited colour palette. Perhaps I have forgotten how I used to play with it?

I knew I wanted to use yellow heavily, and the bg would be blue, but then I wasn't happy with the wings as one of the browns, or the angel herself, and so I struggled along with trying to make them both yellow.

Anyway, I think it turned out pretty good after all, but maybe I'll colour it again some time (probably not. best creative advice I've worked out is to Just Finish Things and move on)
