Tiers updated + reminder to avoid subscribing via the iOS app

Tiers have now been updated with the changes I’ve mentioned:
Early-access is now 1 month for everything that gets a public release (original resolution versions continue to remain exclusive to paid supporters as before).
New tier 1 (Orcish Juggernaut) benefit added: 1-month early access to the public versions (720p) of short animations (< 1 minute).
Also, a reminder for iOS/Apple users to avoid paying for Patreon via the iOS app if you can. This has done the rounds a few times before, but since November of last year there's been an extra 30% fee added on to new subscriptions made via the iOS version of the Patreon app (which goes straight to Apple) and it takes up to 75 days for them to get processed as well:
Better to use the web browser version of Patreon for paying instead (you can still use the app for everything else).
