But it was a fun movie, just suspend disbelief. Like when somebody steps on a land mine and it goes click. Then you can't move your foot off the device.

Its oral that usually take the longer 20-30. ETA* What about the medication used in Saw? It would keep her still breathing, though I don't believe they take 20 mins to work.

Unless Rich has a setup to intubate her and put her on a ventilator, it is game over. But then the movie would be about 15 minutes long. It's like when someone flicks the safety off on their Glock. Rich has much bigger problems since he just killed a state trooper and real soon every cop in the state will be heading to that location.
