The movies stopped being interesting and I stopped looking forward to the next video. I didn't even realize I had the free option since it's been so long since the last video.

It was the lack of communication that caused me to drop it. I'm worried it'll keep changing without warning and I'll suddenly remember I've been paying for something I haven't seen in 6 months.
