Thank you for sharing, Alexa. I wouldn't say that any of the YWTS winners were boring, even if some may appear trivial, they often blossom into fun stories. Spoiler: most of my stories end up "Male A Becomes Female B", but what I think makes them stand out is HOW EXACTLY that happens. And that is what makes a story exciting IMO.

2022-10-25 14:22:23 +0000 UTCI truly hope the Michael Myers one wins (or even the glitch one), if only because the majority always seems to pick the "Male A Becomes Female B" plot - and it's just the same story told different ways! There's always two really creative ideas up against a boring third, and the boring third seems to ALWAYS get the majority vote. Very frustrating ... wish people were voting for a little more variety. Or maybe StevenC can invent a veto power for himself ... never mind me, I'm cranky today.
