Life in the sleepy farming town nestled in this particular crook of the verdant Wild Western plains was idyllic. For the most part, everyone got along... until eggs started disappearing like clockwork every morning. Despite their best efforts, the townsfolk just couldn't seem to keep whatever it was that was harassing their chickens out of the coop!
But when re-building the coop on a stone foundation does nothing, August the fox realizes he's seen this before, and knows exactly who's responsible.
August had also warned him what would happen if he was caught stealing again.
The sounds of a brief struggle in the chicken coop the next day and the steady smacks of a bare hand on the culprit's equally bare ass draws all the townsfolk out of their homes. As August scolds Faust, the townspeople quickly figure out what's happened and start lining up, implements in hand, to teach Faust a right proper lesson he'll never forget.
Turns out, the hard hand spankin' the pine marten is getting now would be just a warm up...!
