The outfit is simmed at the cleavage area. If you wish to stretch the fabric between the breasts, use the female morph !TogetherApart and set it slightly negative.
Models with large perky nipples might still experience clip-through. If it happens, go to the Physics tab and increase a little the Collision Power until the nipples are covered again. Save it as a new preset.
