It's time for new toys... literally! Yes, it's the March Baileywiki release, and we've got some new stuff for you...

First off, check out the Release Video above for the new Mass Edit "Category Browser". It's a new way to find and navigate the vast Baileywiki library.

Foundry Basic Tiers are getting the Woodworker release. From lumber to toys, you've got a lot of assets to whittle away your afternoons. But also new Ruins diorama tiles that look great with each other or combined with other diorama tiles.

Advanced Tiers get brand new 3D scenes and dungeon room and hallway props, and some new Scenescape scenes featuring Blacksmiths and Woodworkers.

Dungeondraft tiers get all of the hundreds of new tiles and assets that went into this release.

NEW SCENES:

Three sets of three maps - Bridge Entrance, Inner Courtyard and The Shattered Throne are a three-part progression through a ruined fort, the three Cave Encounter maps are diorama-style “maps on a table”, and the Fey Swamp maps are set in the same general area. Bigtop is standalone, and is a continuation from last months’ ticket booth.

NEW MODELS:

A collection of highly efficient prefabricated dungeon rooms using the new more efficient techniques - these should have almost zero performance impact when compared to the traditional rooms constructed with tiles, but be just as easy to snap into a scene and look just as good, so let us know how you get on with them.

It's a huge module and foundry has trouble with it. The answer is on my discord, but basically... 1. Uninstall all BW modules 2. Restart Foundry 3. Install ONLY Towns module 4. Install all other BW modules Hit up my discord for help from here.

Hello, the Maps Town module just will not install on Foundry, any idea why?

I have given the access to foundry server operator, he tested and thought was a memory problem of the server, after he sent to a foundry OP, that told me it's the size of your module to crash the server in migrating the modules to new world. So Because I don wont to upgrade to tier 3 in foundry server , I used the safe mode, opened the console and step by step I activated the modules. I had error message when I tried to resize the background with quickscale, because active monk doesnt tag (watching their GitHub they write that v12 doesn't work perfectly) and for this reason, quick scale neither too.

It may be another module that is causing the issue. Have you tried running Find the Culprit? I've never heard of your situation happening before, and monks active tiles and levels combined with my stuff just doesn't cause that kind of problem. So I suspect there's something else happening here.

i installed all your modules.. but with foundry v12 , monk active tile does not work ,and levels crashed foundry. I could not understand why my server disconnected after 2 min. When I did not activate these modules , all went good

It depends on which content your trying to access. Foundry stuff is all available through Foundry directlyusing the Patreon integration, per the FAQ.

So I logged into the discord ans saw the comment by sora about configuring the virtual directory...mashed some buttons and now I can see stuff in the browser! Got me how that worked, I have no idea what I did lol

There are plenty of modules out there that have some form of application to Foundry I'd like to see detailed (~10-20 minute) videos on like FtC, but nobody makes them. I don't wonder why, there are so many modules out there it would almost feel like screaming into the void.

I haven't no, I can never figure out how to use the thing properly though I've had it for a while. I'm no power user and unless there are detailed or informative youtube vids or write ups online I am not very good with some tools. And I haven't found much on it, or many others - not like the details you apply to your videos. And Github is....well, it makes me more confused trying to navigate it. The last time I used FtC was when I had Token action HUD go down and it took 3 hours of writing notes, making a new world, comparing everything I could think of just to figure out that token action hud was missing an empty folder labelled the name of my world. It was the equivalent time cursing afterwards :D

Have you tried Find the Culprit? It's a module that quickly identifies if a module conflict is affecting you. And if you tag me on discord, I can help you directly and we can swap screens and such.

Yeah, I've played around with this for about 6 hours now and I can't get the new browser to work at all and I'm noticing that there is a difference in resource access between my currently played world and a brand new one that I don't understand/comprehend. (same options clicked between worlds but the available resources are different) Is there a dungeondraft only tier that I can join? I like the resources and art, but I am apparently too dim to be able to use the foundry stuff properly.

Yes, I updated all related modules and I'm still not seeing anything in the new browser. I just rewatched your video with pauses along the way to make sure my screen matches yours (clicked options) and I am not getting anything at all coming up. For a test I decided to do a search in the browser for a chair, and I got a rotating dotted circle for a good 10 minutes before I clicked elsewhere and it went blank again. Been playing with it for 2 hours now, seems to be a module issue. If I start a new world I see bunches of stuff in the nuts n bolts that I don't see in my current used world. I'll try the macro browser thing in the morning if I can find it again, it's midnight.

I can browse the content now, but I seem to find that there are many categories without content, and the number of resources in some categories is far less than that in video presentations. I want to ask, am I missing something to download?

How would you know that you are missing a lot of access? Some categories may not have a lot in them. But most do. Did you watch the part of the tutorial on how to use it?

I found that I seem to lack a lot of resources after opening the browser. Why?

You have to click in to the categories to start to see them populate. The top level categories do not populate with assets. And you also have to have updated all of your Baileywiki modules including mass edit.

Hmm, did you update Mass Edit too? You won't see assets until you click into the categories more. Dig down a layer of two of you haven't already. And make sure you update to the latest Baileywiki content for all modules, but particularly Towns.

Hi, new subscriber here - there's a mind boggling amount of stuff here (precisely why I joined!) but when I follow along with your recent video about the latest release, my asset browser doesn't show anything when I try to bring up assets. I'm using Foundry v12 3.1.1, D&D5e 3.3.1, all modules were updated 20 minutes ago. Is there something I need to do from here? When I use mass edits I am seeing the assets, absolutely nothing when I use the browser macro. Thanks!

The new 'browser' option is a great addon, thank you some times the default mass edit file browser is a pita especailly when your in a hurry. Thank you for adding it!
