Baileywiki November Release - The Endless Road, 3D Tavern and Dungeon Set, and Dungeondraft Goodies

Foundry Basic Tiers

We're hitting the road with a plethora of new scrollable battlemaps (located in the Premium module) for Foundry VTT. These aren't just any scrollable maps. They feature multiple layers of scene immersion, swappable decor and overhead tiles, swappable roads, Monk's Active Tiles powered controls, including ambient and weather/FX controls.

In addition to the endless road, we've included an expansion of the Affluent City District 05, all of which is in the Foundry Basic content tiers. And also new tiles in the Towns module.

Foundry Advanced Tiers

For Foundry Advanced tiers, we're unveiling a whole new 3D dungeon system. Similar to Dwarven Forge or other tabletop sets, but designed for building your own scenes directly in Foundry. And along with new props, you also get a fully-furnished tavern!  PS, Did you know Ripper's now has painted mini's in his 3D token compendium module?!

Dungeondraft Tiers

And for Dungeondraft tiers, we've introduced a lot of new shapes and magic circles for dressing up your kitbashed scenes, and so many paths! Runic and script paths for adding a little culture to your storytelling.  And this release features a couple new ambients from Ghelfi Audio! I recommend you support their great work here.

Check out the Tile Scroll tutorial here, covering the ins-and-outs of the Endless Road series of scrollable battlemaps.

Yes😍

All great ideas. We'll see if I have any time to do it. Or maybe you want to build a prototype??

Baileywiki

Sorry sorry hate to keep posting. I like all the art controls but they seem a bit unnecessary for an active map. Like, I think you should setup a macro to export a scene after you played with all the art and got it setup. That way you thin out the map and reduce error with all the controls. The active scene would then have controls for activating and deactivating special ability checks, and attack MATTs. Mobs popping up on the edges of the scrolling map.

Brian Ingram

That's not a bad idea. I suppose you could have a whole dashboard of buttons for the players and NPCs to roll checks. Then you as the DM can just smash buttons whenever obstacles come up

Baileywiki

Would it be possible to make MATT that would make an athletics check on the driver. Say for instance we put a tag on the boat/cart driver as "Driver" and then we call that tag on enter and force that person to make the Athletics check. That way we setup scene and ask the party who is driving. Tag them upfront. You could even make up all kinds of tags.
