February Results!
Added 2018-03-10 10:15:02 +0000 UTCApologies for the delay, I was out of the city. Here are the results for February 2018!
Tutorial:
- Moving foliage (tree, grass, etc) with 19.23% of votes
Demo:
- Screne switching with background loading and/or progress bars: 14.10%
Roadmap Priority:
- Android template builder (so it's simpler to add external APIs without recompiling Godot): 20.00%
All this will be worked on before 3.1 is out. Also, many of the previously voted items are completed already (done by members of the community).
Before the next poll, I will soon be uploading a post where we can keep track of what was voted and what is done.
A few features that demand changes in the 3D renderer will be postponed to 3.2, as with the recent announcements by Khronos regarding Vulkan, we will be moving our main renderer to that (anything added will have to be-re-done in Vulkan if done before..). They will be implemented directly in Vulkan.
Finally, it's time for the popular vote results!

- 5) Streaming Textures & Geometry: 9.19%
Again thanks enormously to everyone.
Comments
Goal for 3.1 is April/May, 3.2 a couple months after but definitely this year.

2018-03-10 21:29:11 +0000 UTCSo the engine will be rendering with Vulkan in version 3.2? And we'll probably see version 3.2 in about a year? It's good to see that the project progressing at a steady pace.
