Super Rainbow Mika 1

I’ve been in Japan for the past month, and will be here for another two weeks or so, so sorry that updates have been few and far between. That said, I found a bit of time to do this translation of the first of Kinsyo’s fan-bits of R. Mika. I hope you’ll enjoy this in the meanwhile!

“Sakura-chan!” said a voice, suddenly bellowing out to Sakura from somewhere overhead. Sakura truned around to see who it was.

“!?”

Looming behind Sakura was Mika, whom she had not seen in quite a while. But Mika was not the same as Sakura remembered her, not by a long shot. She had grown much taller, and every muscle on her gigantic body had stood thickly pronounced to an utterly ludicrous degree.

“M-Mika-san?? I, I was just thinking I hadn’t seen you in the wrestling ring in quite a while…”

“‘Cause I decided to get a bit more serious about training’ myself up. I’ve gotten a little closer to Master Zangief’s level, don’cha think?”

“A-A little…?” Sakura muttered in sheer astonishment. From her point of view, both Mika’s height and musculature had far surpassed that of the mighty Red Cyclone’s.

“Gosh though, now that I’m like this, everyone I’ve faced since my comeback has been way too weak to be any match for me at all…”

Which was only natural, given the absurdity of her colossal physique. The largest man you could imagine, hell, even the largest of pro-wrestlers would be akin to little more than a child in the ring with her now.

“So for that reason, I challenged Ryu-san, Dan-san, and even Honda-san to a match, but...Well I took Ryu-san with a single lariat...and Dan-san with a little hip drop...and then Honda-san with a super-light bear hug...aaalll~ of them broke so easily that they’re in the hospital now, so…” Mika said, her tone laden with disappointment as her eyes scanned Sakura up and down.

“Let’s fight, Sakura-chan! There’s nobody in the neighborhood left to fight but you, afterall!”

“WHAT?? No way, nooo way!!”

“It’ll be fine! You’re the toughest gal I know, Sakura-chan…”

“Th-th-that’s beside the point! If even Ryu-san and the rest couldn’t stand up to you as you are now, what chance do you think I have!?”

“Aww, man...I was really hoping I could finally go all out against someone for once…”

“...Well, in that case, why don’t you just go to Zangief’s place and face him…?”

“...He’s all the way in Russia…”

“Ah...I guess he is, isn’t he…”
