Don't hold back.

Not sure why I have the tendency of keeping the best picture for later, only to forget I wanted to post them in the first place.
So today I decided to post a very good one, albeit it is difficult to choose among so many available from Paulinepastel (686 between color and BW).
Maybe I should not be so worried about giving away the best shots too soon...

I selected one shot with the Leica Sl2-S + Voigtlander 58mm f1.4, with daylight coming from the hotel room window, taken towards the end of our allotted time.
I was pissed off for not having the full length window starting from the floor, because it gives a better light to the lower region of the model's body, but the window ledge is surely helping in this case, to make the pose more relaxed and casual.

Hope not to distract you too much from today's picture with another video, but I just wanted to update you on the second shooting I had with Maria on the 23rd, yesterday.

I've been sneaking on her also in this case, to shoot some candid videos of her been herself.
Her plan was to make 2 shootings on the same day, and have the last day for herself, but I managed to have it my way, because she enjoyed so much the nudist beach that we spent most of the day there, fooling around and exploring the place, and she was enjoying herself and behaving like a kid.
The place was strangely full of people (I thought I would be almost deserted in August) and, even if we started early and had the beach for ourself, more people soon started coming, and when we left it was full as Rimini on the seaside!
I was the only one wearing clothes, and I was sweating a lot, with the risking getting my cameras wet or stain the lenses, so after the firs hour I stripped off completely and joined the club of nudists.
Maria managed to create a lot of positivity around her, and everybody was happy and respectful (contrary to what happened with Rabbit some time ago), offering to help keeping an eye on our stuff whilst we went shooting around.
And shoot we did!
1,324 frames with the GFX and "Martin", 92 frames with the X100VI, and only 92 frames with the "mysterious camera" (for a total of 1,504 photos from with to select our masterpieces).
Pity in a way, because I was really impressed by the Mysterious camera at the Asylum, but I was too concentrated on Maria to think about the gear yesterday...

Tomorrow morning we're going to try the last location on the mountain, hoping the early morning rain will be out of the way by the time we arrive, but I have a plan B ready anyway.

Today I hurt my foot on the rocks (because we went there with the Seven and I was wearing a pair of light driver's shoes), I'm desperately tired (because, believe it or not, it is a hard work shooting naked girls), and I'm not sure I will survive 4 shootings in a row, if I am in these conditions half way through.
But I will soldier on, for you all, and for myself, because this 4 days are going to be remembered as one of the pinnacles of the Bramley Apple Project for decades to come!
