This video is for the BlueLine Dispatch v2.0, did you download the newest version 2.5? That was released yesterday. I have a different install video for that. More than likely it may be an issue with the install of the 2.0? Not really sure, but I would take a look at the newest verson.

That has nothing to do with the BlueLine Dispatch. That has to do with an improper installment of Grammar Police. For more help visit Opus49's discord. His discord is linked on his download page and he has several people in there that will help you out.

Xscanner will interfere with Streets and possibly other files, yes. That is why I made a video on patreon how to correct that. That was released on December 2nd 2024 and it's for all free members. Does XScanner interfere with this? I've been having trouble with this mod cant get it to respond back to me.. regardless hours later I got it working again. But now I downloaded XScanner again and now back to original error. lol. Won't verbally acknowledge certain things like the 10-8.. but it will show up.

Thank you for the response. Honestly, I never used Grammar Police prior to installing BLD. I am going to uninstall BLD and Grammar Police out of the game and reinstall them. I got a few things to start making noise for priority signals last night so I think I need to reinstall. Thank you again

Thanks for your comment Mano. The BlueLine Dispatch is audio replacements. It has zero impact on the functionality of the original dispatch, Grammar Police, or even Ultimate Backup. Was your Grammar Police and Ultimate Backup dispatch performing normal prior to the install of the BlueLine Dispatch v2.1? If it was working 100%, I am afraid I do not have a great answer for you, other than to tell you to delete out your scanner folder and perhaps try a reinstall again. I have never heard anyone ask this question before out of thousands of people using this mod.

I am having an issue where I don't get any responses from dispatch whatsoever. Dispatch performs the requested actions such as sending backup and changing my status but never actually talks back to me. Any fixes?

Correct, unfortunately there has NEVER been any audio with ped checks. If you take a look at my videos on YouTube from 9 years ago, there is also no audio. Shame, as it would have been a great addition. But, nope never been audio provided by LSPDFR, Stop The Ped nor Grammar Police for that.

I would post this question in our Discord, as this is a BlueLine Dispatch install and not in reference to ELS. But since you might read this: Make sure your SCROLL LOCK is not enabled at the top of your keyboard. The button might read as SCRL LCK on some keyboards. If it is already disabled on the keyboard, then make sure you have installed the latest AdvancedHook.dll as it was updated in June of this year for the first time in over 5 years. Grammar Police, should give you PTT sounds if installed correctly. Double check your Grammar Police audio folder plugins\LSPDFR\Grammar Police\ audio Make sure that you still have your PTT audio files in there. Should be several different kinds. I have had a few people claim they deleted their Grammar Police audio folder by accident during the install of the BlueLIne Dispatch. Other than that, if that doesn't solve it, drop by our discord for more help.

Hi, I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question, but I've been having trouble with my ELS. Every time I press the J button to enter each stage of lighting, there is no beeping sound (YES, I have this enabled in my ELS.ini). Also, I have noticed that when I press the RAlt Key to use Grammar Police, there are no PTT sounds/beeps.

It would still replace the old dispatcher with the new one. Meaning that you can still use BlueLine Dispatch, but it does have more options if you have Grammar Police and Stop The Ped installed.

The latest Xscanner version (v3.2) is reported to work well with BlueLine Dispatch 2.1. If you are using Xscanner - Press F4 for RageConsole - type in OpenXscannerMenu and press ENTER, from here just press F4 again to clear the RageConsole off the screen - Then Set your keybind for your menu key to a preferred key of your choosing. In the Xscanner Menu - go to Police Scanner, then click on "Preferred Audio Path" - once in this menu, CHANGE the default pathway from Plugins\LSPDFR\XScanner\Audio\ to the scanner - LSPDFR\audio\scanner - you will see the word scanner, turn green. This will direct audio from Xscanner to the scanner folder directly, which has the BlueLine Dispatch Mod.

It should be directing the audio to the scanner folder if selected in the menu of Xscanner. However, it appears that the maker of Xscanner might have another solution for that issue. Drop by our discord if you want. I think he made some type of picture to help illustrate this. Go to Modding-chat discussion and you should see some of his responses there. Sorry I can't be more help on the Patreon comments.

Sorry, but the BlueLIne Dispatch is not compatible with the Immersive Dispatch Mod. As you mentioned, it has been taken down and is no longer available for others to download. It would be impossible for me to convert a mod that I myself do not even have access to.

Hello, I have one important question and one problem Starting with the question, how to make your audio dispatcher work using the "Immersive Dispatch" mod, I know it has already been removed from lspdfr.com but I still have it and I'm wondering how to be able to use your radio dispatcher voices with this mod because I saw on YouTube that it works for someone. My problem is that when I call for backup using the UB menu, the dispatcher only gives the locations where I called for backup, I don't know if it's a problem or it should be like that. I don't use GrammarPolice and I installed it only for the needs of your mod and I'm interested in whether it works with Ultimate Backup and as in the question above, does it also work with the "Immersive Dispatch" mod?

I know this mod works with Xscanner but in calls the blueline dispatch mixes in with the vanilla dispatch. Is there a way to fix this because I tried changing the audio pathway in the ingame Xscanner menu and i hear the radio play vanilladispatch sounds and vanilla dispatch streets when attending callouts

I only run 4 callouts that are compatible with this as well as radio realism and whenever I'm in pursuit, vanilla lady still gives street names. Any clue what is causing that?

You are the only one. Install video is 100% accurate if you follow it closely. Perhaps you have another audio replacement installed? Xscanner? AmbientScanner? If not, I would start from scratch.

Hey Benzo, i noticed a bug after installing Realistic Dispatch v2.1, every time i say "Dispatch, requesting state police" or "Dispatch, can i get state units" instead of sending state backup it sends a coroner which is extremely weird, and hasn't done that until i installed Realistic Dispatch v2.1

Check your custom.ini config file in your Grammar Police folder. Or if you are ingame press Left Control + F2 - it will be under Immersion Settings. Make sure Priority tone is enabled. In your Grammar folder that you chose. For example I am using en-GENERIC - go to your custom folder > commands folder priority_tone.xml there you put more phrases in. Feel free to use my en-GENERIC file as a reference. Love this, great work. Quick question, is there anyway to make dispatch say the specific violation for example ( when someone has NO registration or NO insurance, she says "Coming back..Expired"). When it is actually expired, sounds correct and great. But i was wondering if there are extra files to get that playback or if those are specific files that are needed to be added by the author (you) to hear that?

Can you answer this one i followed your grammar police 10 codes video and saved everything to custom folder everything works great but one thing Priorty Tone in game says it needs to be enabled I don’t know how to do that want to hold the air, like you do in pursuits the 2.0 version is perfect except for that.

You need to download the Callout Plugins first. I provided the links for you in description. I can't include the full plugin download as I don't own the plugin rights to distribute the callout authors work on my own downloads. I also guided you through how to install the BlueLine Callout Audio on the video.

when i open up the Blueline Callout Audio v2.0 folder and access any of the callouts they all have to raw files of the audio in them instead of the plugin/LSPDFR folders to just drag and drop. any info or help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks, ya I figured this would be the better option as I look at it from a "customer" point of view as well. Sometimes I do not wish to join a Patreon, as I can download a product and then I forget to cancel, especially if it is a non active Patreon channel. The Patreons at that $5 tier level can get the dispatch mod for free as well and of course all patreons have access to over 50+ exclusive vids on this Patreon account. The type of stuff that people want a deep dive into modding of LSPDFR and some special scripts and settings etc.

I like your approach to selling your product. You charge a one-time fee and get free updates in return, and I do not mind giving you some support, as I know you put a lot of work into this. Other devs have posted their mods for free on LSPDFR but removed them shortly after to sell them via a membership cost. Then, you have to stay a member to have updates on the mod. This is not good practice and I will not be funding this type of marketing strategy. I hope you will keep this in mind in the future.

Happens to me on occasion as well. Go into your phrases and see if there might be other ways to pronounce it. Don't include numbers as well. Make sure that you have these custom codes you mentioned in the correct xml files as well in Grammar Police. Then just make sure you are saying the proper phrases before the custom codes you entered. For Example: "Dispatch, requesting a FIFTY ONE" "Dispatch, show me TWENTY THREE"

Have never of heard anyone crashing from the BlueLine dispatch. Maybe put your old scanner folder that you saved back in there and see if you are still crashing? Look at your Rage Log? Post in our discord?

There is about 9-12 files in the scanner folder for HELI_APPROACHING_DISPATCH and the same for REPORT_SUSPECT_SPOTTED Can you paste the exact RPH log (just that part mentioned above) or is that it verbatim? Reason I ask, the game might be looking for that exact file name. Most of the time it will want HELI_APPROACHING_DISPATCH_01 HELI_APPROACHING_DISPATCH_02 HELI_APPROACHING_DISPATCH_03 REPORT_SUSPECT_SPOTTED_01 REPORT_SUSPECT_SPOTTED_02 REPORT_SUSPECT_SPOTTED_03 I can update the BlueLine Dispatch to include HELI_APPROACHING_DISPATCH REPORT_SUSPECT_SPOTTED If needed. However at that point, it is almost as if the game is saying Fuck you to my files, we want something different ;)

Some audio files like Code_4_Adam are intentionally muted on purpose. For example if you are doing another callout, after you arrest someone (not even during a pursuit) the game might look for that file and announce the scene as Code 4. With it being muted, it will appear for the immersion sake that the call is still in your hands without dispatch telling everyone to leave. If that makes sense. Is the Code_4_Adam crashing your game?

Amazing mod, really adds to the game. Where should I report "empty" audio files? The 3 "CODE_4_ADAM" files in the OfficerporciPlugin AUDIO folder are 1 KB with no audio. I looked in the BLV Discord but don't see a "bug" reporting channel.
