Dispatch Immersion - Muted Files [TEST 1]

This is a project that I have been passionate about for the last several weeks. I have put in countless hours into this project and it is still ongoing. This is Test 1 of the Muted File project for the Dispatch Audio Overhaul.

What is the Muted File Project about?  Dispatch Audio Overhaul is a mod that was created by Cyanotic. He has temporarily pulled the mod down off of the lspdfr.com site. However, after speaking with him, he has reassured me that he would be uploading an improved version of Dispatch Audio Overhaul very soon. The Dispatch Audio Overhaul is a great mod that currently replaces the old dispatch voice that most of us were not very fond of over the years. It also mutes other sound files such as the other police officers responding to the scene with you, for example "THIS IS BOBCAT 4 SHOW ME IN ROUTE!" "THE SUSPECT JUST GOT ON THE FREEWAY!" "THE IDIOT JUST CRASHED HIS VEHICLE" . The Dispatch Audio Overhaul also mutes hundreds of other files as to not hear the same annoying sound files that we were custom to hearing. Unfortunately this also mutes the files that we might appreciate, such as Tow Truck, Flatbed, Ambulance, Firetruck, or maybe a sound from dispatch that acknowledges your start of patrol. My project to fix these muted files is tedious but rewarding. You will now hear more immersive sound files when playing LSPDFR.

This will mainly fix the muted files to give you more immersion while you play LSPDFR. You will now hear officers responding that sound more realistic. You will also hear dispatch respond when you request a Tow Truck, Flatbed, Ambulance, and FIre Truck. You will also hear more responses from the air unit above, Northbound, Southbound, East, West, on foot, in a car, or on a motorcycle.

How am I able to create dispatcher voices? I create both male and female dispatchers with AI Cloned Voices from real life dispatchers. Yes, real life dispatchers. This is possible through Elevenlabs.com  and yes, I pay for the higher tier member service so that I have enough flexibility to clone real voices and enough characters to produce the content that I need to.

My plan will be to have two download alternatives.  
1. Only Female Dispatch (female dispatchers will be used to send Tow Trucks, Flatbed, Ambulance, and Fire trucks) Male and Female officers will be still responding and reacting to the gameplay as usual.

2. Male and Female Dispatchers - You will have a mixture between male or a female dispatcher when requesting Tow trucks, Flatbeds, Ambulance and Fire Trucks. This would be more true to life in most major cities. For example in Los Angeles, it is common to hear over live police radio a Female dispatcher and then 10 seconds later you will hear a Male dispatcher.
