chapter 3, the final part of the game, is fully translated;
database (items/weapons/etc) is fully translated;
various plugin text has been handled too.
It took me a while, but we're finally near the finishing line. The whole game should be in English now. The only exception is the flashback room, and the reason for it is that because I don't want to waste time and transfer translations twice -- now, when h-scene text is not proofread and later, when qc stage is finished. Proofreading won't take long. Not many technical aspects to keep in mind when working with text, and the game's textboxes have a lot of space.
