Character Refresh: Raine Stratos

She's emotional to no end and gets upset easily, often on the verge of crying or breaking down over even minor issues, these emotional outbursts lead to a lack of close friendships, which in turn leads to more potential emotional outbursts down the line.
It's not All gloom for the living puddle though, she's managed to hold on to a handful of close friends despite it all, and she does find some joy in life when the tears clear from her eyes. She's just needs to be handled with care, is all.
Her birthday is March 16th
Her favorite food... uh... she can't remember.
Sometimes it looks like she's crying but that's just her face dripping.
