2024-09-20 09:32:42 +0000 UTCSparkles on Penny's eyes on panel 1... so far with other pinups and the like, Sparkles are a symptom of enchantment, particularly the *sparkletext*, wherein Penny is forced to speak against her will, but also IIRC a few pinups where the collar also forced Penny to pose had them. Could the prank the trio is very obviously planning involve Penny seeing naked people?
