Penny has some privacy issues; namely, Chuck didn't have any problems walking into her room after knocking. Chuck is fully aware of Penny's... habit, and feels comfortable enough to mention it and tease her about it. Penny's toy might be audible outside of her room, or Chuck might have heard it because he walked in. (Did she have time to turn it off?) Chuck is a bit of an ass. Penny's actually-humiliated face (final panel) is significantly different than her sexy-embarrassed face (previous pages during her fantasy). Penny and Chuck's dad likes cooking weird stuff.
