Now that I think about it, the two Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic games have plenty of ladies who could use some great art. That would give you the opportunity to do Star Wars and video games in one go as well.

Mortal Kombat for me. In addition to plenty of hot females you have options for creativity like Sheeva, Sindel, Goro, Kintaro, Kotal Kahn, D’Vorah. Hell you even have the whole Kano/Sonya and Cassie thing and the various factions.
