2025-08-27 04:15:30 +0000 UTCwhat I like about turbo grannys whole rhythm thing "about picking a song you know and following that rhythm" rather than trying to follow the other persons rhythm speaks to me on 2 parts of Okaruns character. the first part is him socially and how he says he is an "awkward guy", and in social situations he probably always feels off "tempo" in a sort of way not feeling like he can totally be himself till he met Momo. the second is in combat I think that he's aways trying to copy his opponent in a fight rather than what granny says of following his own rhythm which as a result in both parts he ends up being weaker as a result. in social situations him not following his own rhythm is just I'm not being his true self while in combat him not following his own rhythm is him not developing his powers into his own set of moves designed for him like how Deku uses OFA different then All Might does. and I think after this episode now the he understands what granny is talking about he will start to become a better fighter and act like his true self in social situations but that's just what I think and could be way off. I agree this episode felt like an hour I was so drained by the end, I wonder why, maybe the black and white?
