To all the people trying to act like Matt owes you more than he already gives. Fuck. Off. Seriously. I have officially given food to my cat through a tube going into her esophagus without inadvertently killing her. It was terrifying but easier than I thought and she looks quite comical with her silly collar. She was acting stronger and starting to take little walks on her own but her liver values were still terrible and the feeding tube is her best bet. I’m cautiously hopeful. The baby mouse I’ve been feeding opened his eyes yesterday and also seems to be thriving. And my whole family is at the lake without me. Do you think it would be okay if I allowed myself time with this audio and a small break from my needy creatures? Or will some new crisis befall me? Would it also be terrible if I ignore the continuing drama and just find comfort in this site? I know it’s selfish of me but I really can’t figure out what’s going on or why I’m getting odd messages or who is who.
