"The Class Comics Bottom Deck" Cards 10 - 21!

This is the second set of cards in the deck. Part of the fun was making a set of four mystery cards that would only be revealed when you opened the pack of them.
It's now safe enough for us to reveal that cards number 19- 21 were none other than NJ, The Men of Satisfaction Guaranteed and finally Camili-Cat! Who else would be on the final card!
We can also admit that Card #18 was supposed to be a character, but due to a critical miscalculation on the printing space available on a standard print sheet, we had to devote one space to the checklist card.
If space were no option, which character would you have like to see on Card #18?
