Flat behinds (because I know you like those! )

Good day all! I hope you'll be having a nice weekend(and Happy Easter if it applies to you)! For those who still have to work, may your days go by fast and smoothly.

I figured it would be a nice moment to get you up to speed on what I'm doing and what my current plans are. But first... the hubpage! For anyone who doesn't know or might have forgotten (it contains older projects etc.)

Since I've moved around my schedule, and this months' build (18Titans) has already been released, the next one will be a FET build and ready in Mai... May. Feels weird and wrong to not have to work towards the end of the month! I still have a vague lingering desire to get back to that schedule eventually.

Okay, so what am I doing? Working on FET of course! I'm kinda in a good mood because we'll be leaving the South Pole in the upcoming build. I don't think I've every told anyone, but I'm not really a fan of the compound. I feel like Korra does about that place! But it was an important part since I did not want to blast past Korra's inability to walk. And also because there was stuff to be done with Kya and Katara.

Where will we (the MC) go next? At least someplace warmer! That's all you'll get out of me, though it shouldn't be too hard to guess. I'll also have to remember to add some more scenes to the gallery... I always tend to forget.

That's really as much as I want to say about FET. I always prefer to just have players discover it all for themselves. I haven't been allowing myself to have too many creative endavours(or however you spell that word and I refuse to look it up) outside of FET, but I have done a little bit of figure molding again and trying to "Bake that cake".

Though I had to start over again because the wires inside started to oxidate. I had to remove some of that and then her arm started sagging. The main problem with foam clay is that it's very prone to sagging without something like a frame(metal wires) inside. You can use a hairdryer to fixate the foam which helps a bit. Something which i didn't know until very recently.

(Like a Marshmallow trying to come to life! Maybe I can eventually turn this into a Katara or Toph)

Still, foam clay is fun stuff to work with. As you can see I haven't done a lot with it yet and the result is nothing my store bought fake Joo Dee has to worry about. She's in no danger at all of being replaced with anything I make anytime soon.

Oh and as a completely off-topic DIY tip for you... have you ever tried to cut up cardboard boxes and had a hard time of it? Well of course cutting it "along the grain" is better ... BUT! Did you know that if you cut it at an angle of 45 degrees instead of 90 it cuts easier?! I just figured that out myself while getting rid of some cardboard boxes.

I have no idea why it works or whether I'm just imagining it, so next time you cut up some of those, try it out! And let me know if I'm just crazy. Here's fake Joo Dee to demonstrate what I mean, since a picture says more than a thousand words.

That's all for right now. I might have something more to say once we start closing in on the release of the new build, but that's still some time away.

A always, Peace!

Just curious, is there some way to unlock a gallery for FET, I seem to remember at some point being able to skip the in game content and fully access a gallery.

Do you think we could get a community chat?

You mentioned in a previous post you updated Rei's character model in book 2, and she looks a lot better, but when naked her arms go back to being all wonky looking. Still a huge fan of your work and the effort you put into making these games for all us here :) You da best, you da you da best
