In Japan, a cold wave that is said to occur only once every 10 years hit the country, and it was truly the coldest part of the winter season.

It is getting a little warmer now, but I still feel the harshness of winter.

I noticed that the Letter is now in its 40th issue, and when I look at that number, I realize that it has been developing for a really long time.

Recently, I have been working on various parts of the game, such as challenge mode, capricious mode, clear data transfer, and so on.

I have also been working on making the strings embedded in the scripts translatable.

I was working on making everything that was necessary compatible with the SxM2's system and confirming that it worked.

These are the humble but important finishing touches.

In addition to that, I have completed four extra classes that are unlocked after clearing the game, just as in the former game.

All four extra professions are very unique and for experts.

In the former game, they were added in an update, but this time, they are included from the beginning.

I think you will be able to enjoy playing the game from the second round onward with a fresh feeling.

Once all the parts including the text are completed, I will start mass production of the images while they are being translated.

This includes costumes, decorations, illustrations for mini-games, and so on.

Once that is done, it will be time to start the test play phase, but there is still a lot of work that needs to be done, so I will be very determined to get it done.

In this letter, I would like to introduce two new monsters.

This is one of the new monsters, Lion Champion.

He is a powerful monster with a flamboyant headdress.

His design is based on a pro wrestling motif, and his fighting style is also strong.

Here is another new monster, Swordfish.

This monster is based on a swordfish tuna with a long protrusion on the tip of its face.

I dressed him up in a spiffy hero-like costume.

I drew a "New Year Japanese Special vol.2"-themed special illustration for you.

This is Karakasa from Japanese Monster.

He is a very plain monster, usually hiding under an umbrella,

but inside he has a rather cute face.

It is a type design that allows you to enjoy two different impressions by breaking its clothes, like Ghost.

Karakasa is a well-known Japanese yokai, a yokai born from the soul of a discarded umbrella.

It moves around on one leg, hopping around, and has a long tongue protruding from under its umbrella.

Karakasa is designed to look like a tongue with a long loincloth.
