Perfectionist tier is deprecated now

Initially i wanted it to be useful for screenarchers and other users who want to participate in development by requesting higher quality options and features of the ENBSeries for their own use, but in three months nobody did such requests. I don't want to make people disappointed and to avoid any kind of misunderstanding decided to keep this tier just as alternative without any benefits. Thanks everyone for your support, stay safe.
