The truth about touring...

...is that 95% of it is gnarly and not cute, especially when you are trying to take care of yourself but with very little money to do so. I took a Greyhound after last night’s show in Philly and got into NYC at 4 am. I slept in my own bed, which was great, and fed my cat (she misses me when I’m away), and hopped on another Greyhound at noon today. I got into the bus terminal in Boston and immediately hightailed it to the Whole Foods on foot, which is where I am now. I’m sitting here with my phone plugged into an outlet while I inhale a box of assorted calories. Tonight after the show, I will take an overnight Greyhound back home to NYC, where I’ll rest for a day before heading to New Haven, Connecticut. I am grateful, joyful, a little tired, and a lot cold. Will update again soon. Thanks for your support, everyone...I love you!
