Because yeah, I stand by the fact if you tell your kid they won't go to school that day, then you don't make them last minute, no matter what. Obviously, in the case your kid hates school, which is the case for my MC

He is angry at Opal every chance he gets (for moving out to that "stupid" town in the first place) and a bit of an a-hole to everyone else...mostly because I want to see how mean/grumpy a character can be and how far it ends up pushing the others. It does make me feel a little bad, given how nice young Qiu and Tamarack are, but sometimes the responses are unexpectedly hilarious.

Secondly, I'm hiding somewhere cause I was told no school, and school on rainy day is so unfair. Maybe hide out in the library or bathroom. I may have to go to school but I'm not attending classes. Man............. I just hate rainy school days, even now when its rainy at work I always feel like calling out. Poor MC... Literally storming and lightning outside as I write this.
