That was very nice and relaxing, that's the first exercise of any kind I have done in 3 days, I been so tired, I guess it was some much needed sleep lol I'm glad I have such an amazing Yoga teacher or instructor 🤔😅 I told my brother about you, he's engaged and he got his fiance to workout with him, I told him that you said, they will get more gains, if they do your class haha😊I also showed him how amazing you are, the way you talk about it and explain the moves, he liked what I showed him💙TY always.
