Mortasheen "official" Gill Man Generator

Titleknown on tumblr made one of these himself which is much more elaborate, but this is how I might have done one myself. You can use either one!

To generate a Gill Man, start with a human, then roll a D10 for each category:

SKIN:

1-Almost humanlike, if oddly wrinkly in places.

2-Slick and slimy, like an eel.

3-Warty and toadlike.

4-Rough and sharklike.

5-Finely scaled.

6-Larger, obvious carp-like scales.

7-Bony armor plating.

8-Mossy texture, like a stonefish

9-Translucent and jellylike, may sag on land.

10-Extremely slimy, always coated in thick goo.

EYES:

1-Almost humanlike, but slightly large and bulging.

2-Flat, circular fishy eyes.

3-Inky black orbs.

4-Incredibly huge and bulging.

5-Mudskipper-like protruding eyes.

6-Stalked.

7-Tiny pinpricks.

8-Binocular-like tubes.

9-Small, but surrounded by goggle-like transparent bubbles.

10-Absent.

HEAD (may be earless/noseless by choice) :

1-Fairly human.

2-Humanoid with fish fins where ears would be.

3-Fish fins on sides and on top.

4-Head basically looks like an entire fish.

5-Thin, may have elongated nose or even swordfish snout.

6-Big and neckless, toadlike.

7-Humanoid but unusually bony, sunken features.

8-Lacking any features but eyes and mouth.

9-Somewhat triangular and shark-like.

10-Big, bulbous cranium like a porpoise or octopus.

MOUTH:

1-Almost humanlike.

2-Lipless with exposed gums and teeth.

3-Fish lips.

4-Sharklike or piranha-like jaws.

5-Cluster of tentacles.

6-Big, wide, toothless and froglike.

7-Tubular, like a seahorse.

8-Long gar-like or salmon-like jaws.

9-Lamprey-like or toothless sucker.

10-Viperfish or anglerfish-like.

ARMS:

1-Humanlike, but with webbed hands.

2-Froglike. Suckered fingers.

3-Thin, long and bony.

4-Huge fish fin arms, almost like bat wings.

5-Big, powerful limbs with prominent claws.

6-Fish fins beginning at elbow.

7-Fish fins for hands.

8-Long whale-like flippers.

9-Manta-like fins, with or without fingers on the ends.

10-Tentacle-like.

LEGS:

1-Fairly normal, but with webbed feet.

2-Very long, thin and bony.

3-Thick, squat or clublike.

4-Fish tail instead of legs.

5-Both legs and a tail.

6-Two fish tails for legs.

7-Blubbery seal-like fused legs from the waist down.

8-Froglike legs, suckered toes.

9-Multiple small legs.

10-Tentacle-like.

DECORATIVE FEATURES:

1-Many elaborate fins and frills.

2-Sharp, protective thorns and spines

3-Illicium (anglerfish lure)

4-Fleshy chin barbel or whiskers.

5-Bioluminescent nodules.

6-Psychedelic, intense color patterns.

7-Leafy growths like a sea dragon.

8-Fleshy "hairs" or cilia

9-Long spines down back of head and/or torso.

10-Roll twice for two decorative features.

ODDITIES: (OPTIONAL)

1-Completely transparent except for organs.

2-Intensely psychedelic colors.

3-Covered in a thick, hard shell like some prehistoric fish.

4-Entire form unusually elongated and thin.

5-Face twisted sideways like a flounder.

6- Entire form naturally camouflaged to resemble rock, sand, algae, sea sponge, etc. 

7-Extremely bloated, blobby body.

8-Large, hunched over, tends to walk on all fours when on land.

9-Roll for two oddities.

10-Roll for extreme oddity.

EXTREME ODDITIES: (only if you rolled a 10 on oddities)

1-HUGE overall. 3-10 times human size.

2-TINY overall. Could fit in another person's mouth.

3-One arm is like an entire eel or other fish. Other arm may appear to be its "tail."

4-Symbiotic jellyfish-like organism draped over body like "hair" or even a cloak.

5-Crusty layer of living barnacles and/or shellfish.

6-One or more crustacean features. (Sure you didn't mean to just play a crab Sectilian?)

7-Boneless.

8-Can completely change color and texture at will.

9-Paper-thin flattened body.

10-Disregard everything else: this Gill Man just looks like a fish with a normal, human face on it.
