Mortasheen - Insanititter

This is another somewhat extreme makeover, but it's another that's been a long time coming. A couple other of the Joker class are coming as well, though relatively less changed; I just want to emphasize the cartoon-like nature of the Jokers a bit more; less universally clown-based and a little more diverse in their silliness, but always colorful, rubbery and energetic.
