Living air currents roil within the amulet’s translucent surface; the motions of the elemental spirit housed within. Its presence can always be felt - the amulet is in constant motion, bouncing and jostling of its own accord, even when worn. It should never be left on an open surface, especially outside, for the amulet never quite sits solidly on any surface, and has a tendency to float off on its own.

While you are wearing and attune to this item, you can access the following properties:

Enchanted by the Winds. This necklace has 5 charges. All charges are refreshed daily at dawn.

Cloud Cushion. As a reaction, you can expend 1 charge to cast Feather Fall upon yourself.

Wind Ride. As a bonus action, you can expend 2 charges to propel yourself through the air. When you do so, you are launched 5 feet upward and may make a 15 foot aerial dash in a straight line in any direction. This movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity. You ignore up to 20 feet of falling damage while using this feature.
