The plot is as follows: Ada is caught off guard and attacked from behind by a super zombie, causing her to fall. As she tries to reach for her gun, she isn't fast enough. The zombie stomps on her head, crushing it completely. The zombie then picks up her body and shoves a large, hard object into her orifice until it protrudes. The zombie can't hold back any longer before reaching its climax, injecting its "children" into her belly, causing her stomach to distend.
