So the folder is FINALLY up. You can follow the link in the pinned post (which is always there if you need it) or the link HERE.

I freaking HATE google sync. It was running in the background while I was trying to merge files, sabotaging my work by reverting to older versions of the files. I turned it off and decided I just need to set a reminder every week or so to back up my files because using it just made like twice the work for me. It could totally be user error - but I don't have the time or the energy to try to figure it out.

ANYWAY...my first note about this update is....

THROW EVERYTHING OUT!!!

Yes. Every file. I've moved things around and renamed things so much you'll never get the updated files installed properly if you don't. Good thing is, each file is named so that it should never be confusing as to where to find it in the main folders or sections on my site because they should all include the category in the file name. This excludes files from the Gameplay & Object mods folder though, as it hasn't been updated yet.

The downloads folder is meant to be downloaded and installed as-is if you have all packs. If you copy the main set of folders into your mods folder it should be able to function without any more need for organization - but feel free to re-organize as needed. I just wanted to make it as user-friendly as possible. You will need to delete one of the Hot Drink Set Tea recipe files, depending on whether or not you have the proper pack but I think that's the only downloads that you need to worry about right now.

If you download the whole folder and you DON'T have all packs, you'll need to scan the folders and remove anything that requires packs you're missing so you don't get errors.

How it works:

NOTE: Scumbumbo's XmlInjector is required for some parts of these mods to work. You can find it HERE.

ModCORE files

There are now ModCORE files that contain the core tuning for each category of content I create. These files replace the files that used to be required for content previously, and merges them into several large files based.

brazenlotus_ModCORE = required for ALL mods and craftables

brazenlotus_ModCORE_Crafting = required for all mods and content found in the 'Crafting' section (Canning, Fizzing, Milling, etc)

brazenlotus_ModCORE_Food&Drink = required for all mods and content found in the 'Food & Drink' section (Baking, Homestyle, Ingredients, Hot Drinks, etc)

brazenlotus_ModCORE_Harvestables = required for all mods and content found in the 'Harvestables' section

ModCORE Modules:

These are mods that compliment my core mods and are optional but strongly recommended. These include some mods that were previously categorized as overrides and such. I've kept them separate because they're more likely to interfere with other mods and I wanted to make sure I gave you all options.

Other Info:

I have SO much info to give you all but let me just summarize a few things here:

The Brazen Delivery service is part of the Crafting Core, so as long as you have that installed you'll have access to Ingredient Deliveries. All my ingredients should be able to be found through the various stores offered through the delivery service. Some stores are only open certain days of the week, and all but the 24hour Grocer are only open during the day. You get a better price at all stores except for the 24hour Grocer, who charges a premium on their ingredients, and an even higher premium on items delivered at night!

I've absorbed some other individual mods into the core mods, like the custom woodworking table menus is now part of the Crafting Core so it will always be available. I've moved most crafting menus to a new stack of deco cookbooks you can find in small appliances since the cookbook was getting a bit overwhelming.

In general, all recipes have been updated to be compatible with the new 'fear' mechanic as well as with werewolves sufficiency needs. I've also made a TON of other updates that have added more clarity to in-game menus, recipe names and descriptions, as well as updated tags and tunings.

With the addition of the new delivery system I wanted to make sure the cost of recipes and items lined up so I completely overhauled everything so that the cost of each recipe almost always equals the cost of what you'd pay for the ingredients from the delivery service if bought at cost.

There's so much more but I think this is enough to get you guys started. I'm going to paste some notes I made on the delivery service below and I'll have more info up with the next site update.

Delivery & Ingredient Notes:

• You can now order any of my custom ingredients by placing an order for delivery via your sim's phone
• All shops except for the 24-Hour Grocer are closed at night and have their own weekly schedule. Shop schedules make it so that if you want ingredients at a discount you have to plan ahead a bit. For convenience, I've made all shops open on the weekend.
• You have several shops to choose from:24-Hour Grocery- Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This store has every grocery ingredient you may need. Their prices are high and prices are even higher if ordering at night. Only sells single ingredients and does not sell bulk items. Store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  Gavi's Garden Center- Closed on Mon. & Wed. Sells fresh seasonal flowers and herbs, as well as all sorts of seeds at cost. A small, random selection of rare items are rotated out daily.
  Florian Farms- Closed on Tue. & Thur. Sells fresh seasonal produce, dairy staples, eggs, farmed meat, and livestock feed at cost. A small, random selection of rare items are rotated out daily. Bulk and single ingredients are sold here.
  Taste of the Wild- Closed Mon-Thur. Sells wild meat and seafood, insects, frogs, and other wild caught/foraged ingredients at a discount. A small, random selection of rare items are rotated out daily.
  Peyton's Pantry - Closed on Mon, Thur, & Fri. Sells baking ingredients, coffee and tea, spices, and all manner of canned goods at a discount. A small, random selection of rare pantry items are rotated out daily.
  Artisanal Fare by Athena- Closed Mon-Thur. Sells artisanal dairy, aged beverages, smoked and cured meats, and freshly prepared ingredients at a discount.  Bulk and single ingredients are sold here.
  Skye's Supplies - Closed Wed. Sells construction materials, textiles and crafting supplies, and raw materials at cost.
  

Known Issues

• After you unload container, it will go into your fridge or sims inventory. Sometimes things that should go in the fridge end up in your inventory. This will need some tweaking so it will likely get an update in the future.
• If you cheat the season you may have issues ordering from a shop you previously ordered from. Try reloading the lot, and if that doesn't work reload your game.
• Some ingredients may show up in the wrong categories. I will have these fixed in the next major update.

Planned Improvements

• The 'Delivery From' screen and purchase menus are a little crowded so I'll be organizing these better and likely splitting them up into a couple new stores
• Delivery couriers will have uniforms specific to their shop
• EA ingredients will be added to all shops
• Once all the kinks have been worked out I'll be adding more ways to shop from these stores outside of the phone

Harvestables Access & Availability

Seed Packs

• Common can be found in all starter packs and in when checking Scarecrow pockets
• Uncommon can be found in Uncommon seed pack and when checking Scarecrow pockets
• Rare can only be found in Rare Seed Packs

Shopping

• Common harvestables can be found at City Living Grocery Stall and at the Farm or Garden Shops.
• Common and Uncommon harvestables can be found in all BrazenLotus shops.
• One Rare harvestable can be found at a time in the BrazenLotus Farm and Garden Shops, and is rotated out daily depending on the stock.
• Harvestables that are available from the 24hour Grocery, City Living Grocery Stall, and the Cottage Living Farm/Garden Shops are year-round, at an increased price.
• Harvestables from the Farm and Garden Shops are available on a seasonal basis, at cost.

Harvestable Plants

• Insect Effects OverhaulInsect effects are now base game so all plants that attract insects are available to everyone.
  The new insect jars will override EA's version so keep that in mind. You still need Outdoor Retreat for these to show up in your collections.
  You may need to re-plant your harvestable for the effects to show up properly - you can do that by planting a new one and shift-clicking it to bring it back to the states the previous plant was in.
