Old Fashion Cupcake (JP): Adult characters, office setting, excellent acting, good chemistry, only 5 short eps. My Beautiful Man Utsukushii Kare (JP): Nuanced exploration of a familiar BL dynamic, rather intriguing. Pretty cinematography. YΕ«sei Yagi received awards; both leads skillfully bring the manga to life. We Best Love (TW): Last year of uni setting (S1), corporate setting (S2). No adaption, created as TV series. Strong performances, sharp suits, good soundtrack. No incst! History 3 Trapped (TW): Cop Γ gang boss action rom-com. Low budget but plot-driven and fun. Both BL couples are solid & no incst ick. The End of the World With You (JP): Quirky, surprisingly spicy apocalypse Romance. Short. Unique tone that feels distinctly Japanese. I Told Sunset About You (TH): Indie movie feel. Long, atmospheric episodes. Slow, character-focused storytelling. Not Me (TH): Rare BL centered on working-class characters. Naturalistic, non-airbrushed look. Occasionally feels like a socio/poli-sci lecture. KinnPorsche (TH): High-budget action drama. Glossy and cinematic. Contains SA, only partly appropriately addressed.
