2025-06-06 12:37:49 +0000 UTCIn the cultivation novels written by MXTX (the author), a ghost is described as a dead human who either died with some sort of lingering emotion that ties them to the world (strong hate, or regret) or developed one after death (I think there's only one case of this, though). A ghost = a dead human, and a Heavenly official is an ascended human. (Whereas a Demon is a separate race entirely).
