From right to left, we have Mackenzie, the woman who died in the initial attack and returns every sundown to troll her living friend, until sunrise comes around and she disappears again. Then Olivia, the woman who survived the attack but now is cursed to be a skullwolf. And finally the skullwolf design, including the glowing eyes and the skinless face.
As earlier indicated, this comic is an homage to the classic film An American Werewolf in London, but instead of paralleling the transformations in that movie, this is about the play between the two main characters and how the undead one can explain everything going on with the infected one.
