Weekly Update - New Rin Commission & AI Videos

As you can see attached to this post, I found myself a new toy. The Minimax AI video generator is another fun little website that lets you generate 5-6 seconds of video in 720p of...whatever you tell it to do.

I've been trying to generate a live action scene where Agent 7 meets Vivian for the first time, and I've been running into all sorts of small issues. The results are looking great...sometimes. And even then, my prompt isn't followed to the letter so each video takes liberties with the idea I have in mind. I made a quick montage of some of my best attempts. You'll see tiny (and big) mistakes here and there. It's new tech, give it a chance.

Nevertheless, it's a great new tool that I have high hopes for. Of course, it also ushers in an unprecedented age of convincing fake videos that will make our judicial and political landscape a nightmare in the near future, but let's not dwell on that.

I begun writing the new episode for Don't Flex On Me Yumi-Chan!!! and it begins with a quick H scene, reusing the assets of the last H scene in a nifty way. Then, you'll have the new scene with both Rin and Yumi before the end of the episode.

AND...following my initial plans, I commissioned new art for a THIRD scene in the same episode. I really wanted an H scene with Rin, for story purposes, so I went ahead with it. Artist Chayon won't be delivering this commission before the beginning of October, so don't expect it to be in the build I will share in September, unfortunately. But it's something to look forward to, right?

And that's it for this week. Things are moving smoothly and according to my projected schedule. So there isn't much to report right now. Hey, it takes slow weeks to appreciate the faster, more productive ones.

The time of spooky season is almost upon us, and I am already gearing up to start watching horror movies aplenty in the coming days. Any recommendations? Either classics or new stuff, I'm open to everything. Anything with a tall, creepy muscular woman killer? Eh, I guess not. That would be a classic for the ages. I'll have to film it myself one of these days.
