Weekly Update - Happy Halloween, Secret Game & Socials

Happy Halloween, everyone! This year, Jazmine went for an Egyptian theme and decided to dress  up as Cleopatra. A fitting choice, if I may say so.

Tomorrow is Halloween and it's going to be a busy day for me, so I decided to post my best wishes early to avoid forgetting about it. It is probably my favorite holiday so I always take good care to celebrate it in style, and I hope you do too. Don't eat too much candy!

Biggest news so far this week is that I am now on Bluesky, the Xwitter alternative/most serious competitor. You can follow me there if you wish, although I am planning to post the same type of content you're used to seeing if you are already following me on X.

Work is progressing well on the secret game. I am trying to go for a moodier, jazzier feel and I think I am capturing it well. This new character I am writing is mesmerizing and I cannot wait for you to meet her! The game has three H scenes planned and I am starting my work on the first one.

I told you, this one is a slow burn, and kinda experimental. I hate having to speak in riddles about it, but I'm trying my hardest to keep the surprise for the full version.

Finally, I am delaying the release of The Bunny Girls game until after Halloween. I don't think it is good for visibility to release the game during every big platform's Halloween sales and events. Expect the release to happen by the end of the week, though. I'm literally just waiting for November 1st to be passed.

Also, I am wondering how much time, if any, I should spend on making a trailer for the Bunny Girls game. I am very bad at editing the typical visual novel-style trailer and I wonder if a bad trailer would cheapen the looks of the game. What do you base yourself off of when making a purchase decision of a visual novel? Are screenshots and gifs enough? Because that's what I think I will be going for.

Anyway, that's it. Outside, it's already snowing, and my car doesn't have its winter tires on yet. It's kinda stressing me out. I'm going to get them changed tomorrow, though, so don't worry too much about me, I'll be alright. Until then, stay safe out there!
