Patreon extra: the Nick Nolte saga
Added 2020-01-09 19:36:36 +0000 UTCHello Traxians,
Bill here with you to discuss in a bit more detail one of our callbacks we've been doing for years now: the never-ending saga of Nick Nolte. Enjoy!
You can view the fan-made video I mention in the post, which contains probably most of our Nolte references, on YouTube here. Tell 'em Bill sent you!
That's all for now. Happy New Year, and thanks again for being a Patron.

I always look forward to Nick's appearances, Golden Corral slogans, and Make Dalen references.

2020-01-12 05:11:03 +0000 UTCThank you for the plug, Bill. I'm glad you approve! I run a D&D campaign and use Rifftrax's Nick as an NPC they encounter from time to time. But they dont get the joke and refer to him as "the weird guy who drinks linseed oil mixed with chloroform".

2020-01-10 15:48:53 +0000 UTCMy bucket list includes cosplaying as Nick Nolte. But I'm going to dress like one of his mug shots, not his movies.

2020-01-10 02:52:13 +0000 UTCI’m hoping his role in the Mandalorian gets incorporated into the bit. Or better, a riff of the Mandalorian itself, although I don’t think Mike’s voice would hold out.

2020-01-10 01:16:35 +0000 UTCI love that Nolte has become this character unto himself at this point, getting more and more bizarre as time goes own. He's a bit like Homestar Runner's Senor Cardgage (sp probably).
