BALANCE CHANGES:
- Increased Legion's health and damage output by 15%
- Increased enemies Level 40 and above's health by 40%
- Increased enemies Level 80 and above's health by 80%
Note: These changes were made because I killed a Level 52 Killer as a Level 41 Dwight in 4 hits
BUG FIXES:
- Fixed the typing text during battle from not being finished
- Fixed health bar from ascending and descending too slowly when being/fighting higher leveled characters
