BALANCE CHANGES:
- Permanently reduced cost of Solo Shop pics to 4,000BPs per piece (used to be 12,000 for free players)
- Permanently reduced cost of Snare Gun to 2,500BPs (used to be 7,500 for free players)
- Decreased the rewards of selling Miscellaneous Captures to 6,900BPs (used to be 9,025)
