0.7 release for public!

Here is the public release for 0.7! I hope you enjoy!
Here's a changelist:
- Added Shelly's first progression
- Shuma is now a full fledged member of the crew with Name sign above her room and a sleeping scene! ;)
- All crew members now have dialogue after their first scene (some were missing follow up dialogue)
- Fixed numerous bugs around Shuma not appearing in the crew in certain conditions
- Updated the checklist code to be more future proof and in line with how other systems work
Sorry there wasn't as much done as I'd hope. It's been a fairly busy month this month with sorting out an artist for the other project and trying to kick start that a bit.
Next month I'll be erasing some dialogue that is no longer needed in Catherine's / Malaena's quest line and really focusing on getting the combat system ready.
