Girls night out - chapter 1

It was a typical afternoon at the café, one hour before the shift change. The setting sun’s rays entered the cafe, revealing a cozy ambiance. The girls, as always, were cleaning and getting everything ready for the night shift.

Beth let out a heavy sigh while arranging the unorganized chairs.

“Everything ok, Beth?” Asked Kate, looking at Beth’s tired face.

“No, it's not. With all the movement, the onsen, the visit to Serass’s world, and all the stuff happening in the cafe, I didn’t have any time to go hunting,” Beth said again.

“Huh? Hunting? You mean flirting with men?” Kate wondered.

“Yes! My body demands it!” Beth cried effusively.

“Do you need a day off?” Asked Kate

“Huh…more like a night off…I mean, you know… all night free and then all the next morning… for well… arachne things,” Said Beth nervously

“To drain some human men all night, and morning too?” Grinned Serass from behind her.

“Yes!” Responded Beth with shiny eyes.

“Oh my, what can I do with both of you? I don't know why you are even on the day shift sometimes. It’s okay; it's been a month with a lot of work. I guess I can give a day off to everyone,” Sighed Kate

“Are you sure?” Asked Beth

“Yes, you all deserve it,” Asserted Kate.

Just at that moment, Lily opened the café door, ready to start her shift as the night manager. The rest of the night shift girls entered after her.

“What do we deserve, boss?” Asked Lily with a curious face

“A day off, Lily, and I'm not your boss. We’re business pals…” Answered Kate

Beth crawled quickly to Lily with a smirk on her face.

“Lily!!! Let's have a clubbing night! and hunt some prey!!” Cheered Beth

“Humm, it's a good plan. Tomorrow night, then?” Assured Lily, looking at Kate

“Yeah, take tomorrow as a free day, everyone. Do as you wish. For me, it's a no-no. I'm fine with Malcolm, and we’ll figure something out,” Said Kate as she walked past them. Malcolm was waiting outside with a huge smile.

“Soo, who’s in? “ Lily asked all the girls.

“Clubs and loud music are a big no for me, sorry. You know, bat ears.” Said Luna

“I already have a party with my two boy pets tomorrow night, “ Winked Caroline.

“I prefer to spend the free day with Sam if you don't mind…” Answered Leira.

“I already have plans with a foreigner scylla friend that's working at a school here,” Said Rose

“I’m not an owl-type harpy. Nighttime is no fun for me. As soon as the sun goes down, I get really sleepy,” Yawned Hina.

“Count me in. I can adapt to anything,” Said Aqua, smiling

“Huh, Serass promised to take me to Coarador again to get some more magic lessons…” Yoko said with a slight blush.

“I can take you there in a blink, Yoko. Girls, I'm going with you three. Maybe the person I'm looking for will appear, and it's been ages since I went clubbing,” Grinned Serass.

“Soo… Two arachnes, a slime, and a demon? Sounds fine to me to rock some clubs I know,” Smiled Lily. Then, let's meet tomorrow at 11 pm at this point, okay? Make sure to be dressed to kill!” laughed Lily while she shared a Google Maps link.

The night district was always overflowing with people going in and out of the different restaurants, bars and clubs that populated the area. The pavement was still moist from an afternoon rain, reflecting all the glow of the neon and LED signs, making the street appear brighter than it really was.

The air was a bit chilly, even cold, but that didn't dampen the girls' intentions to dress in a way that would attract the most views.

“Gosh, how can someone who can teleport be late?” Ranted Beth.

“She had to take Yoko somewhere, remember?” Sighted Lily.

“O, come on, she isn't even that late? It's just been five minutes,” giggled Aqua, making her tight latex suit squeak.

“Aren't you tired of always wearing latex, Aqua?” Asked Beth.

“Oh well, I’m used to it. This way, I don't go wetting everything I lean on. I’ve used neoprene before, but I don't like how it looks, and latex shine looks great with my glistering goo,” giggled Aqua again

“Isn't that dress made of your own silk?” Replied Aqua.

“Ha! You noticed, huh? You would be surprised at how many brands buy our silk for their top-notch dresses… so I thought, why not make it myself?” Beth answered happily.

“I wish I could make my own silk and not just venom. This dress cost me half of my salary,” Complained Lily, showing off the glistering, tight blue dress that covered her torso.

“You all look killer,” Said Serass, coming out of nowhere, materializing from the thin air. “I'm sorry I’m a bit late. I wanted to dress accordingly, and I remembered that 30,000 years ago, a demon lord from another world gifted me a nice dress. It took a while to find out where my servants had stored it! Most thought it was just a legend! He he he,” Grinned the lilim.

Serass was wearing a black goth-style dress. The fabric stuck to her curves and shone like latex but moved with the softness of the best silk. The dress's trim sparkled with hundreds of small enchanted diamonds as if they had their own light.

“Woah…” escaped from Beth’s mouth as she covered it with her hands, totally astounded by the beauty of the lilim.

“I never saw you with a dark lord look….” Replied Lily

Aqua didn't say anything; her latex bodysuit just squeaked with excitement.

“Heh, it's okay. It's just a dress. One day, I will show you the one I used for my coronation. I’ve been told it's the most spectacular one,” Serass laughed, her ego growing even more.

The girl’s conversation was interrupted when two young men approached them.

“Excuse me, but don’t you work at the Monster Girl Cafe on the main street?” Asked the guy with the bolder look.

“We…we are regular customers of the night shift…tonight it’s closed, so we decided to come to the nightlife zone of the city...” said the one who looked shy.

“You’re George and Kevin, right?” Said Lily, looking at the bolder one first and then at the shy one

“Yes, that's us!” Smiled George, “Would you mind if we joined you? Can we treat you to a night on the town?”

“Yeah…consider…consider it our way to say thanks for how well you treat us at the cafe…” Said Mike with a heavy blush.

“Heh, what do you think, girls?”Grinned Serass, looking at Beth

“I always thought they look….tasty,” Smiled Beth

“I like how cute Mike sounds,” Said Aqua, grabbing him by his arms and pressing her breasts against him, making them squeak. Mike’s face turned bright red.

“Ok…you can come, guys... I hope you don't run out of stamina, though.” smiled Lily, showing her fangs.
