If you go back to the episode where Steven went into Rose's Room for the first time, episode 19? I think? There's a tiny whale that's asks Steven "What do you want, Steven?" That whale speaks in Rose's voice. I and many others reacted the same way as you guys seeing Rose for the first time. I wanted to scream in excitement, but kept myself quiet as to hear what she had to say. I tend to cry when Sadie calls her mom at the end of the episode. I love this episode it's so touching, it's one of my favorites in this first season.

2023-02-19 17:18:18 +0000 UTCI love hearing y'all's predictions! I subbed just for this journey. It's my favorite show of all time and you're in for a hell of a ride! It felt very personal watching you both react to Rose's video. It showcased the different emotions this show can pull out in you. Zelz honed in on Sadie calling her mom and the wave of warm fuzzies mixed with anticipatory grief that hits you thinking about your mom and knowing you'll lose her someday. But for Neon, even though y'all joke about it, it seems like you can empathize so much with what Steven is feeling, never having the chance to know her or what it's like to be so used to having a mom that you're annoyed by her showing affection, like Sadie. I could feel the intake of breath when Rose turns the camera around and wanted to reassure you that this episode has left many a viewer sobbing. Anyway, I talk too much! Just passionate about this show and love how much you two are really getting invested and paying attention.
