I'd say Arisa is afraid of being seen at being incompetent at her job, and throws herself at her work Joanne doesn't want to upset her friends, so she tends to go along with Sally's silly antics Sally herself likes to be seen as unashamed and proud so will follow through on dares no matter how embarrassing Lilith loves being lewd in her class but she doesn't want the faculty to find out Similarly Evelyn is an exhibitionist but she fears she'd lose the authority and respect over her underlings if they found out Skylar is similar to Sally that she doesn't want to be seen as weak, but she's nonchalant about nudity, more about being perceived as traditionally feminine, so she works out. Marie is afraid she'd be famous for the wrong reasons (too late) Elise wants to make a move on her crush but is afraid it'll change things between them The empress is afraid of being perceived as dumb or weak, also afraid of being seen interested in men she deems lower than her.
